| FAQs | Frequently Asked Questions: How many enhanced services can I get in a year? Depending on your choice of membership level, you are eligible for 3-12 enhanced services in a 12 month period as long as your membership remains active during that time. You are also able to purchase additional non surgical cosmetic services at a discount rate of 10%, 15%, or 20% off of regular prices depending on your selected membership level. You are also eligible for 55 units of Xeomin® (or unlimited units of Botox® or Xeomin® if you are a Forever Young Member) every fourth month of active membership. What happens if I need more than 55 units of Xeomin® or Botox®? You are able to purchase additional Xeomin® or Botox® or other neurotoxin at members special pricing of $8 per unit (subject to change). There are no additional discounts on the Xeomin® or Botox®. What if I have earned Xeomin® or Botox® and don’t need it for a few months? You are able to bank your Xeomin® or Botox® and use it whenever you want as long as your membership is active. Can I cancel my membership at any time? You can cancel your membership at any time and discontinue future payments. You will have one (1) calendar month from the date of last payment to use any remaining services. Your paid membership is non-refundable. What if I don’t use my monthly service? You can bank it to use later as long as your membership remains active. Can I put my membership on hold? Yes, you can put your membership on hold for up to 6 calendar months and keep any banked services in your account. There are no services accrued during that time. You may not use any banked services during that time. Your membership will automatically restart 6 calendar months from putting it on hold or sooner if you choose to take it off hold. Once your membership is back to active status, you may use any banked services. Can I add on areas to my service? Facial services can have add on areas (such as neck, chest, hands) at $500 per area (eligible for additional membership discount). Services can be combined same day. Banked services can be applied. |
